# How scoring & feedback work

*What you actually see when a drill scores you, and where the result shows up afterward.*

## Feedback happens inside the session

The clearest feedback you get is in the moment, not on a separate results screen. After you respond to a prompt, the session gives you a "🔍 Mirror — Reasoning Pattern Check" — a structured reflection on how you reasoned, plus a few suggested next moves. It's your immediate signal of whether your call was sound, not just whether it matched a keyword.

## The arc tells you where you are

Every judgment-drill session tracks your progress through six stages: **Brief → Inquiry → Challenge → Judge → Re-form → Next**. As you respond, the tracker advances, so mid-session you can always see how far into the scenario you are, even before it's finished.

The session itself spells out what finishing means: "Done when: Scenario scored and Passport entry written." Complete the arc, and both of those happen.

## Where results land

Two places reflect your practice, in different ways:

* **In Progress** shows how far along each framework's path you are — how many Cubelets you've started, and what's next — so you can see momentum toward a credential.
* **Passport** is where a scored Case becomes a credential. Its own copy is direct about the condition: "Competencies appear here once simulations are passed in Pursuit" — the same In Progress surface, under its route name. Until you've passed one, that table shows 0 attested.

Each Cubelet also carries its own running **mastery** indicator — starting at "MASTERY 0% / PRACTICE TO BEGIN" — that reflects your odds of getting the next judgment on that concept right, and updates as you practice.

{% hint style="info" %}
cubelet.ai doesn't show a separate results screen with a score or a pass/fail number. Your evidence that a session went well is the Mirror feedback in the moment, the arc reaching its final stage, and — once it compiles — the credential appearing on your Passport.
