# Getting help

*How to reach a real person — or a helpful AI — when the docs and the app itself don't answer your question.*

## Start with the Coaching Room

The fastest way to get help without leaving the app is the Coaching Room. Open it from the room button in the top bar. On most pages it reads **"◉ Coaching Room ⌘K"**; on Home, the same button reads **"⚡ Scaffold Room ⌘K"** instead — same launcher, labeled for the page you're on.

The Coaching Room is a live chat surface built to answer questions about what you're studying, why a drill scored the way it did, or how to read your Formation Portrait. It's also where the in-app **Help** page points you: `/help` currently just says "Coming Soon" and directs you to open the Coaching Room instead.

## Email a person

If the Coaching Room can't resolve it — account access, entitlements, or anything that needs a human — email **<assist@grid42.ai>**.

## Ask this docs site

This documentation site has an Ask-AI search built in. Use it for plain-language questions like "how do I sign in?" or "what is a Cubelet?" and it will search across the Help Center for you.

For plan comparisons or upgrades, skip support entirely and go straight to [cubelet.ai/pricing](https://www.cubelet.ai/pricing) — see Plans & upgrades.
